Check-in begins at 5PM. Due to cleaning schedules at the lodge there are no early check-ins available. Meet and Greet is set to begin at 7PM so if you can't make it by 5PM, no worries! Meet and Greet time may be moved forward if all guests are present!

Once you reach the lodge, feel free to pull up to the main entrance to unload your suitcases and bags for the weekend! We do ask that after you are unpacked you move your vehicle back down to the main parking area at the lodge so other guests may comfortably unpack as well.

Wafloy Mountain Village is located approximately 11 miles from the main parkway in Gatlinburg. The address is 3610 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN, 37738. Please feel free to email with any questions you may have regarding directions.

There will be 4 meals provided for each guest in your room - • Friday evening meal • Saturday morning breakfast • Saturday pre-concert meal at 3PM • Sunday morning breakfast Each meal complete with beverage.

Per the Wafloy Mountain Village staff, pets are not permitted in Steiner Bell Lodge.
